In 1943, Emil Rovey, purchased the 346 acre parcel and created the Rovey Dairy Farm and Country store which is family has run ever since. This great piece of land in now called the Rovey Farm Estates, started in 2002. Rovey Farms Estates is a planned community of 797 homes, located in Glendale, AZ, between Northern Avenue and Glendale Avenue on the North and South and between 83rd Avenue and 89th Avenue on the East and West.
