Not too many years ago, in the Mid 1990’s, the area which is now Desert Ridge was wide open state land with miles and miles of desert scrub and a 2 lane road (Tatum) running through it. Desert Ridge eventually became the community where I bought my first home in 1996, and we watched this GREAT master planned community grow up right around us, especially the JW Marriot. Desert Ridge residents are walking distance to restaurants, and incredible amenities including a 10 acre park. Desert Ridge is right at the intersection of the 101 and 51 highways. There is truly something for everyone in Desert Ridge.

- The JW Marriott is truly one of the nice properties in the entire Marriott brand and is the home of two fantastic 18 hole golf courses and is currently the largest hotel in Arizona with over 950 rooms and over 24,000 feet of meeting space
